Is there a free Carlore plan?

Yes. Free includes 25 Carlore credits a month, no card required. Official MOT history, mileage, tax status, recalls, fuel prices and reminders are free on every plan and never counted against them.

What is a Carlore credit?

One unit for everything the Assistant does. A quick answer costs one; a full diagnosis, repair guide or cost estimate costs three; reading a photo or a document costs four. You are never asked to count them — the app shows how much is left as a percentage. Anything running on free public data costs nothing at all.

Can I cancel my Carlore subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from Manage billing or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and your statutory cancellation and refund rights are unaffected.

What happens if I use my full monthly allowance?

Credits reset at the start of your next billing month. Everything that runs on free public data — MOT history, mileage, tax, recalls, reminders, fuel prices, your saved records — keeps working the whole time, so Carlore never goes dark. You can also move up a plan, which takes effect immediately.

Do I need a subscription to check a used car before buying?

No. Buyer Reports are bought on their own, from £7.99, with no subscription: outstanding finance, police stolen marker, insurance write-off, salvage, tax status and taxi history, with the official MOT record read for you. Plus and Pro members pay the member price.

What's the difference between Carlore Free, Plus and Pro?

Free is 25 credits and one car. Plus is 350 credits, 3 cars, photos, documents and voice, and member pricing on Buyer Reports. Pro is 700 credits and 10 cars, for a household or a small fleet rather than one car.
